Have you purchased any songs from MusicMatch, Napster or BuyMusic.com and tried playing them on your Ody? Unless your Ody came from an unusual batch with a DRM license (unlikely IMO), those songs will not play.

The lack of DRM compliance was first mentioned by Sinacull on Agora who also mentioned some lack of functionality when playing songs in the WMA format (confirmed by another Ody owner). Both were told a future frimware upgrade would correct the problem. In October, e.Digital promised that DRM would also be enabled in a firmware upgrade. It seems unlikely that you have DRM enabled on your player.

Keep in mind, that being able to play WMA format is not the same as being WMA DRM compliant. e.Digital's players can only play non DRM-encrypted WMA files, since the WMA DRM decryption technology was not licensed.
