Linda's printer: Try the following: 1. Unplug the printer from the USB port. 2. Re-download the latest drivers from Lexmark's web site: <A HREF="http://www.downloaddelivery.com/srfilecache/CJMX13L1.hqx" target="_new">http://www.downloaddelivery.com/srfilecache/CJMX13L1.hqx</A> 3. Install the drivers, then restart the computer. 4. Once the computer has restarted, plug the printer back into the USB port. Let us know if that helps at all! Neil
