Your theory might have some validity. I recall a company about three years ago that filed for bankruptcy and then bought back massively when the price plunged real low. A year later they were sitting at 100X's their low and tons of money. I am curious:


To say I'm surprised as to what has happened to the share price here along with the silence of the management would be a gross understatement. I do wonder about the requirement of management (former owners of NJ2) to repurchase in a years time something like 20 million shares as part of the sale agreement. In my opinion that would certainly motivate a lax attitude on their part to do anything that would change the current share price. I'm just thinking off the top of my head here. What has transpired since last Fall makes little sense. From incredible revenues, profits, and deal acquisitions to instant failure does not seem all that likely. I guess anything is possible at this time.
