Localoil, which brother are you? Could it be the reason that you are/maybe/could be so mad/upset at BDGR is that you or one of your brothers/relatives were part of the scheme to help obtain BDGR for nothing/less than market value. Are you one of them - THE THIRD COMPANY???

Lg/accurate/badguy/stevedavis/bird/drangon man/crude dude/fb/others(?) all seem to have a very organized approach to hurting BDGR? "WHAT SAY YOU"?

Will each one of you (above) sign a legally binding document stating that you had/have no interest what so ever in hurting BDGR and/or (duplicate) current shareholders, have not been part of an effort to take over BDGR for your gain, or inflict any other damage to BDGR/BDGR shareholders? If I am correct about what YOUR BS is, you will not sign such a document.

If you will not sign such a document, then someone could conclude that you are guilty as heck.

BDGR shareholders that have an increase in current BDGR price/sh as their interest, please take note of their responses, or the absence there of.

Do not let them affect your decisions until at least Lou has an ample opportunity to function. They started bashing him the SECOND he became part of the BoDs.
