STI shares have still not (thanks to the SEC) become
available for MOBL to distribute to our stockholders.
Progames deal is being held up by the SEC as Winning Edge
has to clear comments on its 14C.

On one other note, investology, many current SH's believe Jay may out the door by July, if that does indeed happen, it may be too late, but that is just an opinion, as you know.
