Net Credit Spread on 3M (MMM)?

It really looks like a great short. A stock I've always wanted to own (premier US company), but didn't have the bucks. Buying it at support, around $68-$70/sh has usually been a sure thing.

Looks like it will roll-over big time here? S & P 500 putting in a Wave-5 and a hammer on Friday.

Any opinion here?
