Localoil, you almost had me convinced that you understood the "oil world". But when I read your posts that tried to position yourself as a legal expert, I started to re-evaluate my thoughts about you being a bashing oil expert.
Now I KNOW you are just a BASHER and may have an interest in BDGR failing!!!!!!
Your legal info is almost as wrong as it could be. BUT THAT IS not the important issue. Your info about the evaluation for a sale price IS ALSO VERY, VERY, VERY WRONG.

IN ALL THREE CASES, PAST production, projected production, AND RESERVES, plus several other factors WERE and HAD to be presented/determined in order to set the IPO price.
YOU ARE A DUM#AS# and must not know anything about the oil world either.
How many of you guys have joined together and MAY BE trying TO STEAL BDGR for yourselves?????? You will fail and once again, IT JUST PROVES BDGR WAS probably a good investment for me - one way or another. Time will tell, but there may be some butts in trouble. I AM not one of them, and it does not appear as if Lou is either. Also, as in the past, I am not talking about BDGR management either!!!!!! Some people do change from old ways to new ways and some do not.
By the way, Local why would anyone want to call one of your croooooonies, to obtain an answer to a question - your post #6010?
Keep going Lou; you appear to be one of only a few posters on this board, which has a desire for BDGR to be successful.

Steve Davis, did you ever answer your own question - 60M or 68M? In either case the delta between those two numbers is EIGHT (8), not ten (10), as you have stated. WAY TOOOOO GOOOO!!!!
