Anyone attending the ASM want to bet a beverage that Qcom and Broadcom don't settle before the ITC decision is handed down on June 7th. I say they settle.

What reason could the ITC have for delaying the decision again unless the parties are now seriously talking. Especially if they both had a chance to see the decision before it was made public.

I think it would be to Qcom's benefit to remove Brcm from its list of anti Qcom litigants. After all they have been found to infringe the patents by the ITC, so why not settle up with Brcm and move on.

I'm out.
