Well, either you or I would be # 7 on that list!!

While disappointed to see the drop, I am not uncomfortable with the amount of the placement ($15M) and the ability of the company to sustain itself through year end. If they don't have positive cash flow by then, the rest of us will be gone (either entirely or at least substantially), and you may possibly be # 1 on the list of holders!

Based on the recent market cap for Wave, I see $2.13 as a reasonable/approximate bottom equivalent now, and I frankly expect a close today above $2.20. But, I am just watching today, not buying or selling.

I like the company prospects.
