It's true; nothing ever comes from a source that is outside the GTEM controlled information chain.

As far as the Navy testing is concerned, I do find it to be positive on the face of it, but at the same time, based on my experience with this company, I can easily imagine that they went through the trouble of applying and setting the whole thing up, but when the day comes, they just don't show up. The Navy would say thanks anyway and that would be that.
