General Dalby's base compensation as Chief Executive Officer did not change during 2006. He was brought on June 1 at $150,000 per annum.

Subsequent to that, it was resolved that members of the Board of Directors would be compensated at a rate of $10,000 per quarter. That did not take effect until late in the third quarter.

Prior to joining the company full-time, General Dalby was compensated as an advisory director at a rate of $1,500 per month.

To compare 2006 apples with 2005 apples, you would have to combine payments to both both Dalby and Jones for 2005, and then reduce it by $1500/month for five months. Sometimes the language of full disclosure doesn't make things readily apparent because one has to stay away from conditional words like 'could' or 'would'.
