Looks like some folks have been " pondering " in Ponder.
Just have to wait to see how this shakes out.
What we do know at least now....
The company is alive and kicking....
The name, symbol, and apparently cusip # change is and has been in progress......
We will have a reverse split of 100 : 1
The individual at Signature Stock Transfer indicated the name change already existed, they were waiting for the new symbol from Nasdaq.
If it was simply that change plus the change in an officer of the company then I would think the reason for it was to : 1 ) simply reduce the float, get an immediate higher PPS from the reverse split, and latch on to some additional market interest due to an extremely low float stock
2) if it is a buyout the acquiror ( Buyer ) probably wound up getting a bargain price for some solid assets.
In either case, think I'll just sit & ponder the outcome.
Also think we'll see a PR from the company with all appropriate details within the next week or two.
