I did a restore (not a system restore via the windows tool) on a friend's computer by hitting ctrl and F11 at the same time while booting. It basically brought a crashed computer (where we couldn't even get Windows up in safe mode) back to factory settings. Is this Ctrl/F11 a Dell feature, or would this work on any computer?
