Cal-Bay International to Start Re-Zoning Process for Company's 3.9 Acre Southern California Land Package

CARLSBAD, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--May 22, 2007 -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (Other OTC:CBAY.PK - News) announced the Company is ready to start the re-zoning process for the company's 3.9 acre southern California parcel located in North County, California.

Cal-Bay spokesman announced the property is currently zoned and constructed for equestrian/farm use and is located in the heart of a prime residential/retail area in North County, California. The company has received the forward looking appraisal on the property and upon completion of the rezoning process from equestrian/farm use to commercial use; the property value is anticipated to be in the range of $3M. The company recently acquired the property for $1.55M.

Cal-Bay anticipates the launch of the company's new website in early June 2007.
