Just give out the number of active subscribers as of today, plus a link to the web site that shows the sign-up page. If necessary mirror the page but kill the links so that only someone logged on with a wireless computer can actually sign up and pay. (or allow it to take the money from anybody if that's legal)

If not, why not? Where is it?
