And also, do a little digging. Someone posted a reminder from the long distant past where Bonhomme stated that the US Tyche & the Canadian Tyche were not the same company. Somebody should dig it out.

Fact is, one of these two just bought out the other's shares. Since all those PRs I took the time to post for everyone to look up clearly show that BIGN owned Tyche Energy Inc, and since the share they spun out to us bear the inscription Tyiche Energy Inc., and since the PR on Friday after the market that came out under TYEG showed up on the TYEG Yahoo link but not the BIGN Yahoo link, and it also showed up under the Press Releases tab on the TYEG web sit and not on the BIGN site, and since the TYEG Yahoo page (TYEG.PK) is inscriptioned Tyche Energy Corp., it all adds up to one of these two buying the other. We do not know if the Canadian bought the US or the other way around, but Bonhomme clearly stated that there were two Tyche's all along and what happend here is apparently that one bought the other: Tyche Energy Corp bought Tyche Energy Inc. One is US while the other is Canadian. Bonhomme said there were two Tyche's and here we see it in plain sight. In any event, whether Canadian bought US or US bought Canadian, what it means in real terms is that money that wasn't in BIGNs pockets before is in there now because BIGN clearly repeatedly stated it owned Tyche Energy Inc shares and that was what Tyche Energy Corp bought. And the only logical thing that covers all bases is that TYEG Corp raised money in Europe and turned around and bought out the remaining shares of Tyche Energy Inc with the proceeds of the European tranches. BIGN owned Tyche Energy Inc. Just go back and read PR after PR after PR. And then read TYEG's 4PM Friday PR: Tyche Energy Corp bought the remaining shares of Tyche Energy Inc. Two entities. Similar names. Bonhomme said the Canadian and the US were not the same company. One has bought out the other. Its as simple as that.
