MPWE**Some Recent DD…

MPWE filed their 10Q stating that as of 8 May 07, their Outstanding Shares (OS) are 212,867,688 shares and Authorized Shares (AS) are 1,000,000,000 shares. I think June 07 will be the month for MPWE.

Many were unsure if dilution would persist because of the SB2 that was filed in fear of more shares being dumped before they launch their software product. MPWE quietly filed a delay to that SB2 a few days ago on 7 May 07 below:

It looks like dilution went from slightly over 182,000,000 to 212,867,688 shares for their OS and have ceased.

I think there is still a little time, but MPWE is expected to launch their product beginning June 07. From the TEAM they have assembled indicated in the above link, I’m guessing they will succeed. IMHO
