I think its very likely that the company is trying to accumulate as many shares as possible, if the buyout is in fact ready to go through.

I'm not sure I believe AURC's deal, because of two reasons. First, their volume hasn't exploded as much as our's has for consecutive day's. And secondly if the company is going to accumulate all outstanding shares, why would they come out and PR the information, which should drive the price up and cause them to pay even more money.

If thats what takes place during a Buyout, it would seem to make more sense and do it like GBDX has done, keeping it on the down low and accumulating as much as possible without letting the cat out of the bag.

I may be wrong, but it sure makes more sense than telling the world we're buying all outstanding shrares...lol Not to mention their volume doesn't paint the same picture anyways.
