Unbelievable ... this tiny, pink sheet, development stage company has drawn world class management/expertise to it's board/management. This marks the greatest confirmation to me of what this company has and it's future. This about this for a minute.

Eaton ... Dr. Eaton spent thirty years with DuPont where he worked in research & development, research & development management and business leadership positions. Dr. Eaton spearheaded DuPont's entry into polymer-based components for fiber optic telecommunication by founding DuPont Photonics Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont.

Turpin ... began his engineering career developing computing engines for the National Security Agency (NSA) where he became Chief of the Advanced Processing Technologies Division, representing the NSA on the Tri-Service Optical Processing Committee organized by the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. Mr. Turpin's unified theory of two signal interactions has given Essex a competitive edge in the signal processing community. Mr. Turpin holds patents for an analog optical processor, currently in use by government agencies, which represent up to a 50,000 times improvement over conventional digital processors.

Dr. Teng ... Chief Engineer, pioneered electroptic research at Hoechst-Celanese, created the world's first 40 ghz polymer modulator in 1991. Co-creator of the Teng man test, a benchmark for polymer evaluation, recognized industry wide. Phd. Worked with companies like Microoptics and Photon X.

Our CEO ... Mr. Bennett has acted as a corporate restructuring advisor for large high-tech corporations, including DuPont, Silicon Graphics, 3M and Sun Microsystems. Most recently, Mr. Bennett successfully implemented a program for DuPont to outsource innovation by creating a new business model for DuPont Ventures. He started his restructuring career by turning around Research Systems, a scientific software company, which was acquired by Kodak two years subsequent to his involvement with that company. Before that, he gained extensive experience in starting and growing companies in Silicon Valley, including Aprex, West End Partners Imaging and Digital Research. Mr. Bennett has a degree in Mathematical Physics from Stanford University and is named on several U.S. Patents.

The way I see it ... the Goetz's have done a verrry good job of attracting and unbelievable cast of talent. It's obviously a tribute to what the company has ... this company's got the goods because some of the people that have been working on 'the holy grail' for communication for 30 years have all jumped on board. One day very soon, the street will begin to get it.

The only thing that is missing is for world class investors to be drawn to the story. I think this will happen. Sooner rather than later. TDON will be listed on the OTC soon and that will begin to open the door. Get to 5 dollars ... and truthfully ... the floodgates will open.

All I'm saying is this... this is not a company worth a 21 million dollar market cap (present .78 share price). It's not a company worth 210 million... a lofty 10 fold valuation from the present. (The patents for this company could well be worth much more than this alone ... a few of them have been given a 78 million dollar discounted valuation as they relate to ONE NICHE MARKET!) This company could easily be worth 10 times that 210 million dollar market cap ... and maybe even much more than that!

We are in for a ride ... and I am buckled.
