some have stated that the company will not submit audited financials or comply with SEC standards so as to get listed on a NASD exchange. This some have felt will limit the share price valuation since insttitions will not invest in such a company. After the Enron scandal and other failed companies the SEC mandated more rigid accounting practices (Sarbanes-Oxley)
However, these factors would not of themselves prevent the company from achieving a SP of 25. to .50 cents.

A clever company has ways of inducing potential invesores to invest thus raising the share price.
For example, if profits become a reality, what if the company declared a dividend of say .005 per share. This would have a postive affect and would be on eway to attract potential big time investos. IMHO
