Franklin Mining, Inc. Receives Final Approval at Pulacayo
Franklin Mining, Inc. -

FMNJ - subsidiary Franklin Mining, Bolivia S.A. announces
they have received final approval for the design to
complete a processing plant at the Pulacayo work-site.

To get any approval from Gov. bureaucracy -
polo-ticz often takes much longer time -
and often much more time than estimated -

For a PM and base metal processing plant,
to get all buildings permits etc. -
so it can be erected under the one year -
time span from the applications are made -
is good - a Blessing -
FMNJ has to be lucky - Congratulation
to all -

In US; often its has become much longer than
one year of Gov. bureaucratic leftz red tape delays -

Ex.
EMR has tried for many years to get the permit -
to erect a gold processing plant in Grass Valley -
and has still not got the permit required -
to start the construction -

FMNJ - Management anticipates the plant -
will initially process a minimum 200 tons per day,
quickly increasing daily production to 400 tons -

The production process selected for use at Pulacayo -
has also been approved by Franklin Mining, Inc. -
management after being determined to be in compliance -
with all mandated environmental requirements -

Its very fortunate for FMNJ -
Imo. Tia.
God Bless
