"IMO, this stock doesn't offer any good reasons to sustain the current share price."

I agree.
I am wondering where GTEM is coming up with the money for salaries, consultant fees, and operating expenses, especially in light of the shutting down of Centerline and Germany operations--two operations that were touted as bringing revenues to GTEM.
Salaries for the top 5 GTEM management plus consulting fees are over 1 million dollars a year. Add to that the salaries for another 60+- employees.
At the moment, are there any revenues from any source for GTEM?
Did GTEM receive a payment from the JV?

Yahoo statistics list a negative 15 million dollar operating cash flow.

It seems that most are pinning their hopes on yet-to-be realized revenues from the Mexican JV.
I am taking a wait and see attitude as far as GTEM producing subscribers/revenues/profits in Mexico. IMO, GTEM's projections were/are lofty and unrealistic. Has GTEM released any subscriber statistics?
