sbc357, what amazes me is the fact that an emerging company like Virtra has ONLY issued about 60M shares total since the inception of its business plan in 2001 with a fair amount of shares still in restricted private hands. That is an amazing task considering the OTC market, the bad luck the company has seen with governement spending (Iraq, Katrina), add to that the debt obligations (which are fairly small based on this market) and the fact that they were still able to bring a great product to the industry. All this and they still survived!

To be blunt, 9 out of 10 companies put in this same position would have either been out of business or would have issued 500M+ shares just to stay in business. Virtra has been knocked down many times over the years, but they have gotten up and continued on. Its nice to see a company beat the odds and I'll be glad to reap some rewards soon enough.
