I'll make a WILD guess at revenues of $5.5MM, with the last quarter coming in with profits - really have absolutley no idea, but will make a fun-filled stab at Q4 profits of $800,000.
Will that be enough to make the year profitable? - Just don't know - depends on the costs and how the debt is finished out, but I'll guess that the year will end at a slight loss, but debt will be wiped out and we can start booking net income to the bottom line in 08.

Now, as for share structure. I'm gonna guess that OS will still increase quite a bit, just because I don't like share suprises. I'm gonna guess that we go up to $140MM shares before it is all over this year, but I really think it will be much lower than that. I will be very disappointed if it gets even one share over that, and from my gut feeling, I think we have a good chance at not getting over 115MM OS. Time will tell - just have to watch the filings and the handling of the debts and of course the share price because that will dictate how many shares have to be issued at any certain point in time, and we will all watch it unfold together, good or bad.
