For anyone who missed this yesterday:

Huge News / Solid Information:

Let's remember that before mining takes place, there are federal and state regulatory processes that have to be met. Well, I have received this news from an excellent authority who received confirmation from a state official at the Utah Division of Oil and Gas that a Federal Agency has confirmed receipt of a Notice of Intention for an exploratory mining permit.... for 'some' of these claims owned by Russell Industries. Anybody who knows anything about this process should know that a bond (surety) and Notice of Intention (which lays out the mining operation plan) are two of the fundamental requirements of the permit application process... for both federal and state authorities. This is both real and confirmed.

This information gives credibility to the hype and moves us another step closer to where we want to be.
