Somerset International Reports Record First Quarter Results

BEDMINSTER, NJ--(MARKET WIRE)--May 16, 2007 -- Somerset International Group, Inc. (OTC BB:SOSI.OB - News) announced today that for its first quarter ended March 31, 2007, it reported a net loss of $233,574, or $0.03 per share, on revenue of $640,362, as compared to a net loss of $509,871, or $0.09 per share, on revenue of $345,317 in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Gross Margin for the three months ended March 31, 2007 increased to $338,549 and 52.9% of revenue, from a gross margin of $78,043 and 22.6% of revenue during the three months ended March 31, 2006. This was a direct result of the increase in revenues offset by an increase in the cost of goods sold.
