Assuming (for the sake of argument) that this is on the up and up, do we respond quickly to try to get the certs before they run out? Or do we respond late, miss out on the certs, and then demand our broker do something about it since they sold us the shares?

I'm inclined to do nothing and take it up with my broker later.
