There is volume, but nowhere enough to give the investor back his $3.8 mil investment over two years. Remember for each billion sold @.0001 = $100,000, so the investor would have to had sold 38 Billion shares to SOMEONE to get his money back. Plus if you read the 8K most of the shares are restricted.
Well I will just sit this one out and one day we will get our amswer.
Note: Market manipulators will do everything in his/her power to keep buyers OUT OF THE STOCK THEY ARE SHORTING.
