And such are the perils of investing in an OTCBB stock such as NEOM...Like I said earlier, in a lot of ways it is legalized extortion....You must have a solid, smart, and honest management team to make one of these little pennies fly...That's why finding these "diamonds in the rough" are so hard....All IMO of course....
