I understand that, but I still do not have a DEFINITIVE answer the the security clearance question. All members participating in the event will need a certain level of clearance, or they will be limited in what they are able to demonstrate.

I hope that those members have received the proper clearance since the proposal was submitted, but I need to hear it from the horse's mouth.
