That is my understanding as well, however, I got the information directly from the T/A - not something I looked up, etc. The answering service simply said "you have reached the corporate office, please leave a message". Part of me wonders if the 718 number might be a cell phone....?

I recall there being some discussion back and forth about this number and that prior to my own phone calls - I simply wanted to post what I was told and tried.

Mama and Daddy always said it's how you play the game - trade to trade well and the rest will fall into place ;-)
