I was told by Redwood that the only way I would get SSTP wasto hold through 12- 01- 06 . I did not sell because I wanted the " spin off to shareholders as of 12- 01 06 " I had 250,000 shares . I was told I could sell any time after 12-2 .I could have sold at .50 to .60 in november but I held and sold in March .Not only lost money but I got no dividend . They deliberately froze us by faking a spinoff of sstp . They had legal advice .
