He issued 13 million shares or so under a 504 financing this spring according to pinksheets.com

At an average industry discount of 40% to market price, than means he must have got close to a million dollars in the past three months.

Where is that money? How come it is never mentioned?

If he was going to quit anyways, then why did he do a financing?
