And the nonsense about the "divy" continues,

mostly on the USSE board.

Some call it a dividend; some call it a 2:1 split!

FACT IS, the share price DROPPED over half DAYS BEFORE this share distribution occurred!

Therefore, is cannot be a 2:1 SPLIT or PPS would have dropped from 0.09 to 0.045 the day it hit your account.

MY Scottrade account only reflected a drop in price to 0.07 because of trading which recovered fairly soon after trading began that day. Moreover, Scottrade has termed the distribution a "tax-free" dividend.

It does appear that all holders of shares on 5-3-07 received the distribution on 5-4-07, and 12-1-06 seems to have had nothing to do with the distribution!

There has been no SSTP dividend to the pre 12-1 USSE owners... that IS NEVER going to happen as stated in the PR.

AND all the statements made about 12-1 having any significance appear to be groundless...

Bottom LINE: if your name was on a list printed on 12-1-06, SO WHAT!
