But the system allowed the corruption to take place and all the Broker/dealers,MM's, hedge funds to STEAL from the investors TOO as they piled on ! "

Do you know why he ended up with a " Tainted Shell " ? Because he was too arrogant and too stupid to hire the professionals needed to acquire and run a legit company. He certainly never learned from history , since Petro Plus had a very similar scenario ten years ago. Maybe if he had stayed out of the casinos and cut back on the booze CMKX could have turned out different.
