I live in Mexico and I know what it's like when the government decides to do as they please. One is at their mercy, period. Colombia ? Much worse than Mexico. Look for MGMX to have to pay big $$$ to the government (bribes) in order to be able to continue with mining. Just the way it is.

"The authorized is unlimited and if they wanted to they could have continued to dilute, however they have been no change to the structure for quite some time now. I believe that the company has run into some "bad Luck" in regards to their operations, it's just a matter of time before things turn around. In regards to confidence in mgmt, I also believe that we need to give them some time to sort their issues out in Colombia."
