The authorized is unlimited and if they wanted to they could have continued to dilute, however they have been no change to the structure for quite some time now. I believe that the company has run into some "bad Luck" in regards to their operations, it's just a matter of time before things turn around. In regards to confidence in mgmt, I also believe that we need to give them some time to sort their issues out in Colombia.
