CoroWare Double-Header: RoboBusiness Gold Sponsor & Webcast.

Two related events that are within 10 days of each other. Any responsible company would surely parlay sponsoring an event featuring Microsoft's Tandy Trower discussing Robotics Studio with their own Webcast 10 days later entitled "Developing Robotic Applications using CoroWare PlusPack for Microsoft Robotics Studio." If INRA fails to inform investors or the general public of these two events, they've cruised right past being tight-lipped and are merging into the totally irresponsible lane. IMO, of course.

CoroWare Webcast Summary:
http://www.coroware.com/pluspackwebcast.aspx
One of the major challenges in the mobile robot industry is the lack of plug-and-play interoperability – either between components on robot or between multiple robots. The enterprise computing industry tackled similar challenges in the 1990’s through the use of service oriented architectures (SOA) and distributed applications.

The recent introduction of Microsoft Robotics Studio and CoroWare PlusPack for Microsoft Robotics Studio offers developers the ability to implement distributed robotics applications on a wide variety of mobile robots using a similar service oriented architecture (SOA) approach.

This session will introduce the use of Service Oriented Architectures for developing distributed robotics applications, and how CoroWare PlusPack for Microsoft Robotics Studio can help developers simulate, prototype, and implement mobile robot component services and distributed applications more rapidly and efficiently.
