According to the 8k:

"Apart from the HotZone product line, any intellectual property, technology, and/or product developed by Altvater subsequent to this Agreement, shall be the exclusive property of Altvater, to which GlobeTel shall have no rights, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement. Any intellectual Property paid for by GlobeTel to Altvater for the any development, repair or maintenance of the HotZone Product Line will be the exclusive property of GlobeTel."

It sounds like this Hotzone 4020 (I never heard of it before the US Navy thing) would be GTEM's property since it appears to be part of the product line.

Another question might be how GTEM keeps Alvatar from making products very similar to what GTEM already has. After all, he was the one that made them in the first place so I would think he's very (technically) capable of making some changes to the Hotzone products and then having his own products to sell.

And looking at his website, he perhaps has already done this.
