I'm still having problems reconciling that statement from the 8k with the part from

https://www.cwid.js.mil/public/CWID07Trials.pdf

which indicates that the Hotzone 4010/4020 is being used in a trial by the US Navy but the developer is listed as Trimax Wireless, Inc?

Also, on flickr.com, Trimax has some pictures and the caption of one states:

"Hotzone 4010 is produced and marketed under license of Globetel Wireless Corp."

So what's going on?
