The main point is that no NEW shares were issued. They just changed hands and so should have no ultimate effect on the stock price except stock movement caused by confusion. Otherwise, best case scenario, the stock would be trading at .055 not .11. But the confusion DID hurt the stock price IMO because the stock should be trading close to where it was before the dividend award. Barring bad news we should see the stock correct itself to its pre-dividend levels in fairly short order.

Although, this is a pink sheet, so anything can happen.
