Bitbybit, not completely true.

Some shareholders were not even " born " (in other words were not on 12/1 list) and they ended up having the dividend.
Obviously in that case they bought shares with the famous attached dividend.

Otherwise your explanation seems to be fair. First be part of the club by recording your name and buying 1 share or more before 12/1 and then if you like, continue buying before May 4th and we double your position.

It is still like a big joke to me, and needs to be explained by the man in charge. May be he doesn't know himself.....
