There is still alot of mystery on who the merging company is going to be. Go back and read the posts once hdogtx started posting here. Until a PR comes out or someone can confirm via email who it is it's still up in the air.

Someone did not buy this shell, file a 15-12G, and get 50 million restricted shares for nothing. I think we will know something soon enough.

That's what the weekend's are for, to try and gather more information. There is a M Rentschler here, wether it's with Makino (why wouldn't he deny it), Nebraska Surgical, Accuride connection, or something else, we all are still in the dark.

If we have 116 boardmarks and 75% own shares, if we average 83,000 shares, we would have the whole float on this board alone.
