I can absolutely confirm that Ameritrade has not been accepting online orders for NWWV as I've had to phone them in myself. Apropos NWWM, I don't know as I never tried it.

Every bozo I've spoken with at Ameritrade doesn't know (or won't say) what MM they use...they just state that they use "whatever center executes orders the fastest given the current market conditions".

I did however find this link from 1999 when they started afterhours electronic trading: http://money.cnn.com/1999/09/21/investing/ameritrade/index.htm

wherein they state "Ameritrade's partner as a "market maker", or dealer that actually executes the trades, will be industry leader Knight Securities."

It's old news, way before AMTD & Toronto Dominion Bank joined, so I don't know if they still use NITE centers for routing & filling orders.
