Here is some info on NWWV remember a lot of this was typed up a few weeks ago and I think the merge of PLYCF and NWWV delayed their plans.

4/21/2007

I've been reviewing the PR's released and I think we have a ticking time bomb here. Some are here for the short play and others for the possiblity of a new and up coming company.

I'm going to put together a list of things here and maybe others can help me organize the information:

First off The National Post newspaper does not do a 2 page review of a 25 year old for nothing. What are we missing here? Something else must have caused them to do this article. I read the whole thing and there has to be a reason why he's featured.

TORONTO, April 18, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- New Wave Mobile Inc -NWWV- is pleased to announce that WagerPhone Inc. president Marc Askenasi, was featured today in an article in Canada's daily business newspaper the National Post.

From the article:

Although Canadian and U.S. lotteries are slower to embrace this trend, national lotteries in parts of Europe and many developing countries are signing up for his digital lottery platform. Consumers in a growing number of Latin America and African countries are playing their lucky numbers on the phone or the Web thanks to Mr. Askenasi's platform.

Now key parts to that one paragraph are:

(1)Consumers in a growing number of Latin America and African countries:

Have we even gotten a PR stating deals made with anyone in either of those countries? Seems like we are going to be getting some real PR's with business deals because of the next key part:

(2)are playing their lucky numbers:

ARE PLAYING...well that explains its self

(3)on the phone or the Web thanks to Mr. Askenasi's platform.

"Mr. Askenasi's platform" Shows that the platform is already in use.

PR back in January I missed covers the connection in Europe and Africa:

WagerPhone Enters Partnership with Selcom Group as Lead Technology and Integration Partner

Selcom Group, a multi million dollar Corporation, operates telecommunications modules for Carriers across Europe and Africa. In September 2005, Selcom successfully launched the first fully independent mobile Lottery. This mobile Lottery and Selcom's subsequent initiatives have seen tremendous success stemming from the quality and scalability of Selcom's lottery platform and their proprietary integration and distribution technologies.

Here is their website:

Impact Mobile's website has an image of all the big names they have a deal with:

Continuation of business plan:
What to expect in the next week or two based on the PR dated April 12, 2007:

(1) Conference Call - Announcing launches and joint ventures

Wagerphone management headed by Marc Askenasi and his software implementation team has been in South America for the last while and will be returning later in the month and will schedule a conference call to update shareholders on upcoming launches and joint ventures to be announced imminently.

(2) Audited Financials- (within three weeks of the April 12th PR. Actually if they are serious about this they will be updated by end of next week. I can't see the financials being complicated since the platform was just rolled out this quarter. I don't expect the financials to have high income but the key thing here is they are starting with audited financials and if they they do this will be a first I've seen a pinksheet stock come through with promises.

(3)OTCBB listing is another forward looking event and I'm not sure of the timeline on that.

New Wave Media Inc has completed all its audits that include outstanding quarters and annual for 2006 and will be filing within the next 3 weeks. Our attorneys and advisors have decided to seek an appropriate market maker to aid and assist in the upgrade of our listing with an application to the OTCBB. This process will include filing documents which our attorneys are in the middle of now and will complete within 30 days in which time we will select a market maker to aid in this filing.

Short Position:

What I like about this company is they didn't yell NOBO/OBO. They just got right to work:

(1) PR'd a cusip/share exchange and executed the plan.

(2) Issued another PR with the President of the Transfer Agent commenting on their relationship to combat the short selling.

Lori Livingston, President & CEO of Transfer Online states "We are pleased to be working with New Wave Mobile Inc. and look forward to helping them in every way possible to create a comprehensive strategy designed to combat the market irregularities in pricing and volume that they attribute to short selling issues in the market." .She went on to say, "We look forward to helping them find some answers and we hope to share the information with other clients of Transfer Online facing similar problems that seem to be common place in the penny stock market"

#2 is huge imo. Especially when this was done AFTER the cusip/share exchange. There is no way the President of a Transfer Agent is going to go on record in a PR for everyone to see if there was no big short.

What I find funny is we still have German share holders that have yet to receive their shares and were talking millions. Oh and BTW they are allowed to sell their NWWM (old symbol) shares. What does that tell you?

Also some have reported that Ameritrade did not allow buys on NWWM and now NWWV. Some have said yes some have said no. We need more clarification on this matter. What MM does Ameritrade use? And maybe a few of you could pm me here if you have had a success putting in an online order or not. That way it will keep the board clean.

The reason this is important is because I think if we have proof that they are not allowing buys of the stock we can forward this information on to the company and get them to issue a letter to Ameritrade just like SSSU/GOIH did. And get them to PR that they did so. I don't have access to Ameritrade myself as I'm in Canada. So any help would be appreciated. TIA
