Ok Sam and Followgte...You are looking for a reason as to why there is this 45 day 'gap' between announcement of 70 Hotzone Units and Shipping of 83 units. (I have to laugh, only because we are quibbling over an "EXECUTION" disparity, as opposed to a "Fluff it doesn't exist" thingie, for a change. I guess we are making progress.)

Anyhow, back to some important facts you all have left out. Let me put your time posts back up, and insert a TINY important one you left out.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets:GTEM) today confirmed the completion of production of the first set of 70 HotZone radios to be used for the expansion of its previously announced wifi broadband network in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico.

>>>>FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. and MEXICO CITY, April 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets:GTEM) and VPN de Mexico S.A. de C.V. (VPN) today announced that they have consummated an agreement to establish a joint venture, 51% owned by VPN and 49% owned by GlobeTel, to build and operate wireless broadband networks in Mexico based on GlobeTel's proprietary HotZone(tm) technology. Despite having the highest percentage of personal computer penetration in Latin America, Mexico has one of the lowest rates of penetration for high speed Internet access. The joint venture, No Mas Cables de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., will help fulfill a critical need within Mexico for more widespread broadband and telephony availability.

No Mas Cables de Mexico expects to build networks that will serve urban areas with a target customer goal of 250,000 customers within the first three years of operation. VPN and GlobeTel anticipate No Mas Cables de Mexico will start producing net income during its sixth month and would become cash flow positive by the end of the first 12 months.

Under terms of the agreement, initial working capital has been infused into No Mas Cables de Mexico, with each partner's contribution proportional to their ownership stake in the joint venture. The initial working capital will be used to continue construction of wireless networks using GlobeTel's products and intellectual property.

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 10, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Fulfilling the first purchase order under its recently formed joint venture with VPN de Mexico, GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets: GTEM) (the "Company") today announced that 83 HotZone 4010 devices and accompanying antennae were shipped to the Company's No Mas Cables de Mexico (NMC) joint venture.

Besides the FACT they did not even fund this venture until 30 days ago, might there be some understandable delays in getting all the skids greased to get the goods into Mexico? (had to track down Risk's chicken farmer...takes time)

Might, given the original 70 were made by GTEM in Naples and that whole setup was recently contracted and assigned as an outsource mfg. to Uli under consulting commitment contracts, and he is now responsible for getting them to Mexico, and he might have needed some time to coordinate this given the 'morph' going on as to who's on 'first'; that a tad of a delay was reasonable, under the friggen' circumstances?

I am shocked they even announced this shipment this soon....and added 13 units as a bonus!

I am impressed.
