I was able to enter an order through Scottrade FYI.
I do not own it, nor was actually going to buy it, but it appears not to be suspended or anything.

Sometimes E-Trade and Scottrade will not allow computer generated buys on a security due to volume well over the norm and you must call in to place the order.
