At this time we are working with the transfer agent for Paivis (PAVC) to issue
certificates for our shareholders of the Paivis restricted shares that resulted from the
ownership of Jupiter Global (JPHC). We are currently expecting the company?s transfer
agent, Corporate Stock Transfer, to send the certificates directly to shareholders. We
have not yet received an indication that certificates have been sent out.
At this time, no further action is required on your part.
