How did IDCC force them into anything. NOK & Sam met before anyone signal they were going for "arbitration" Did you say this to the Judges. NOK may be playing by the rules now?? but what about before. Let's say Sam was ready to sign and NOK say's look under the table, might be a little some thing for you if you don't sign. Doesn't have to "cash" could be something Sam needed more than cash.
Was not Sam in talks with IDCC, then they visit NOK and they start playing hard ball. That tells me something happen in there metting. Just doesn't smell right.
