To some degree, you can do some DD on your own, and a good place to start is at th DNAP web site under "investor relations". There you will find SEC filings. The Orchid agreement was consumated in 2001 and all agreements and contracts have to be in a year end 10=k SEC report.
Scroll down to "Option Agreement" and read to your hearts desire, but it is hard to absorb all at once.
